Trust & transparency
Compliance & Security
Enterprise buyers need more than a pitch deck. This page covers how Summit Call Solutions protects your customers, your data, and your brand across every program we run.
When you outsource customer-facing operations, you're extending your brand's reputation to a partner. Summit takes that responsibility seriously — not as a checkbox exercise, but as a core operating standard built into every program from day one.
TCPA Compliance
Every outbound campaign is run against current Do-Not-Call registries. Our agents are trained on Telephone Consumer Protection Act requirements, and all consent records are documented and retained. We review TCPA guidance regularly and update scripts and processes whenever regulations change.
- DNC scrubbing before every campaign
- Written consent documentation
- Call-time restrictions enforced by system controls
- Ongoing agent TCPA training
Data Security & Privacy
Customer data is handled under strict access controls. Only agents assigned to your account can access your data, and all access is logged. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell, share, or repurpose client data under any circumstances.
- Role-based access controls
- Encrypted data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest
- No third-party data sharing
- Data retention and deletion policies on request
PCI DSS Payment Support
For programs that involve payment card data, our agents follow PCI DSS-aligned procedures. Payment processing is handled through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment platform. Summit Call Solutions operates as a Level 4 merchant and completes annual Self-Assessment Questionnaire D (SAQ D) validation. Sensitive cardholder data is never stored in call recordings or agent notes. We use pause-resume recording protocols and DTMF masking to keep card data out of recorded audio.
- Payment processing via Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified platform)
- Summit merchant classification: Level 4 — SAQ D validated
- Pause-resume recording during card capture
- DTMF tone masking for IVR card entry
- No cardholder data in agent notes or CRM
- PCI-aware agent training
NDA & Confidentiality
Every client engagement begins with a mutual non-disclosure agreement. All agents sign individual confidentiality agreements before being assigned to any client program. Your business processes, customer lists, scripts, and campaign data are treated as proprietary and confidential.
- Mutual NDA executed at contract signing
- Individual agent confidentiality agreements
- Restricted access to client materials
- Secure offboarding procedures
Quality Assurance
A dedicated QA team monitors calls across every program. Calls are scored against client-defined rubrics covering compliance, accuracy, tone, and resolution. QA findings are shared in weekly reports and used to drive targeted coaching — not just to flag issues, but to fix them.
- Dedicated QA team per program
- Scored call monitoring against client rubrics
- Weekly QA reports with trend data
- Targeted coaching tied to QA findings
Business Continuity
Summit operates with redundant infrastructure and documented business continuity procedures. In the event of a site-level disruption, programs can be rerouted to alternate agent pools with minimal interruption. We maintain documented recovery time objectives for all active programs.
- Redundant telephony and network infrastructure
- Documented BCP and disaster recovery plans
- Alternate agent pool routing capability
- Regular continuity testing
Information Security
Our internal systems are protected by layered security controls including multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection, and network segmentation. Security policies are reviewed annually. Incidents are logged, investigated, and reported to affected clients promptly.
- Multi-factor authentication on all systems
- Endpoint protection and patch management
- Network segmentation between client environments
- Incident response and client notification procedures
U.S.-Managed Operations
All account management, QA oversight, and compliance supervision is performed by U.S.-based management. This means faster escalation paths, direct accountability, and no language or time-zone barriers when issues need to be resolved quickly.
- U.S.-based account managers and QA leads
- Direct escalation to US-based management at our Connecticut facility
